The Municipal Commissioner's Trophy wears an open look

The Municipal Commissioner's Trophy a handicap for horses rated 40-66 wears an open look and the winner should emerge amongst Secret Admirer, Wild Torronaado, Raquel and Veera Wang. On Class and speed both Secret Admirer and Wild Torronaado have a slight edge over others. Veera Wang though blew the field away over 1400mts albeit in the lower class, may find it difficult on promotion. Raquel was slowly away last time and was seen covering lot of ground whilst finishing 4th to Premier Perception in the same class whilst Wild Toronaado is the joker in the pack. It finished 2nd to Amberogio in the same class. Lastly Secret Admirer though average in trials finished game 3rd to Bee Quick in the Million Race over the same trip and class. Hence I feel one should play Secret Admirer each way as it definitely holds an edge here. In the J. Rustomji Soparivala Trophy for maiden horses 3 years old only, both Sea Of Kisses and Carmen are way ahead of others. Both are tracking exceedingly well but Carmen holds a slight edge over the former as it was seen finishing 6ls ahead of Brad may enable P. Shroff to score a double with Blue Jay whose last run was an eye-catching 2nd with apprentice jockey N.Parmar astride. My rest of the speed ratings for the day are as follows:
