Races framed for maiden 3 year old bear an open look except when we come across some good horses tracking very well. A few Horses have the benifit of a race run but have not performed as per expectations.Acciaccatura ran after a long layoff and finished credible 2 nd on the last day of the race meeting.Hence gets my NOD.The other Two Horses selected are showing out in the tracks and hence opted for by default as Colorful has never delivered consistently.Able Associate has been given trackwork only in bangalore and hence ignored.



THE A.B.STUD THOROUGHBRED FILLIES AND MARES MILLION
Terms - 4 YEARS OLD & ABOVE 1800M

Choices are ;

1. Rhapsidion Snow 2. Wonder Smile

Rhapsidion Snow finished a good Third to SPINOZA on debut in Mumbai.Spinoza has subsequently WON in an impressive manner beating quality opposition.Hence this Horse gets the First Preference.Wonder Smile , has been doing well in bangalore but beating Class 3 and 4 Horses / Terms Winners only.The last two runs it won against some very some ordinary Horses which had WON only only race.So i would not be suprised if the Horses does not finish in 1 - 2 also.



THE JAPAN TROPHY
A Handicap for Horses rated upto 70 - 4 YEARS OLD & ABOVE 1400M

Choices are ;

1. Doing my best 2. True Force 3. Lady in Style

Imperial Gate might enjoy some support but in the abscence of current form it is not worth placing a Winning bet.Doing my Best after beating some high quality horses earlier on in the season is showing out in the tracks and should do well with the Champion Jockey doing the honors.True Force is a speedy horse and is capable of springing a Surprise.Lady in Style can place if the Jockey is upto the task.


THE DECCAN BOOKMAKERS ASSOCIATION SPRINTERS CUP (GRADE I)
Terms - 4 YEARS OLD & ABOVE 1200M

No CHOICES . No rankings considering the top class field.Oasis Star on the basis of the last run looks outstanding and will start as the favorite.The manner in which it WON the last outing suggests that it should not lose TODAY.The only issue being this is New terrain for the western india horses and could pose some problems as Front runners who take a long lead can do well in Hyderabad. I would not be surprised if some rank outsider lands the spoils.

If OASIS Star is unable to deliver then, Lady One and Escravos appeal to me with Upper Crust definitely the DARK HORSE. Woman on Top might be fancied but not sure if the Hyderabad cource would be helpful to this filly





THE SHRI KASU VENGAL REDDY MEMORIAL CUP
A Handicap for Horses rated - upto 50 - 4 YEARS OLD and Above 2200M

Choices are ;

1. Nano War 2. Local Icon 3. Final Frontier.

Could go either way considering the fact that most of them have been competing against each other in the regular season.

Terms - 4 YEARS OLD & ABOVE 3000M

Choices are ;

1. Gentlemans Deal 2.Azureus 3. Orochi

If Secret Memory is taken to the front and stays the distance , it is the clear WINNER having lots of class to beat all these horses who are not in the same league.Most of the Horses here have done nothing of merit to warrant support and hence seems to be an open event.One of the Local hopefuls can deliver to provide some cheer to the racing fraternity.
