Mumbai race selections

Hi all,

My views on the following races ;

6 th Race ;


Based on earlier run PAMPERED PRINCESS is expected to be fancied ahead of the rest.But dont be surprised if it fails as it is a blood vessel case.Can FALTER.
May WIN but not worth a bet.

Being a race for sprinters , if the frontrunners tire out , Premier Star and Elmwood would come into the picture though ideally 1400 would be the fit distance for both these Horses.

Schubert is very well placed on handicap and was given sub standard ride last time as that Race was made for Oyster Pearl.Is at the bottom of the scales but looks difficult on CLASS.

Shy Boy has had a WIN this season and might not be able to keep pace with the youngsters.


7 th race :


By virtue of the runs in race 135 and 67 , Party Celebration and Mysterious Star should fight it out.In both these races Mysterious Star finished ahead of Party Celebration.But if he betting flow is not on M.Star ,It is bound to fail.Hence better to follow Party Celebration.

Born Destiny a genuine class horses which has been injuryprone and last run was suggestive .Can PLACE.

Cosmic Flower is seen regularly in the tracks and can Place.

Athena has JUST beaten Mazan and Kai and hence may not be able to do well in this quality field.The turn of foot noticed in earlier 2 runs was very impressive.But this is a different class altogether and hence Athena's chances are not BRIGHT.

8 th race :


Initial Speed will decide the outcome of the 5 furlong race .Council of the Gods , ran a very good race to finish 2 nd to Engleheart though it was not fancied on that day.Can try a start to finish affair.

Major Roberts can be considered ONLY based on the odds.Is a frontrunner , but will it be of use amongst the youngsters is something which is doubtful.

Ming seems a certainity for PLACE as the Distance is well suited to the horse.

River Dancer was an expensive failure in previous outing and usually does well only when the Owners make an appearance at RWITC.Hence Keep an eye on the paddocks at race time and decide accordingly.
