Forced to stay awake to watch the Finals of the Euro 2008 ,I have a lot of spare time and hence this early post.

Artistic Emperor : Too much expectations on the basis of relative JOCKEY MERIT.How else can we justify the odds quoted.Helped the bookmakers to start off the proceedings on a Positive note.Now that the Hyd Season is scheduled to take off shortly this run should be have benefited the Horse.But nothing is certain in Hyd racing.

Others including the Winner were not all that impressive though the manner of Victory might give the impression that the Winner was too good.

Lotus Leaf : Pillar to Post.Can repeat.
Rain Man : having picked up the valuable Dividends and also stake money , Iam sure that the connexions would be happy to have a gamble only after a prolonged lapse of time.

Gentleman's Glory run was forward.Keep an eye.

Baffled : coming to the tracks after a long layoff and change in stables.Owner / Trainer / Jockey strike WHEN they need to not when Punters fancy them.


TOMSK : Came from an impossible position and WON very convincingly.Now whether the same can be repeated against the same opposition and on same handicap is something I am not confident as The 2 fancied runners were having thier First run this season and were a bit undone by the pace of the race.I am not taking away the credit of TOMSK but if seen in the right perspective It would seem that its chances are not so bright in the next class , as it is likely to be penalized heavily for this WIN .In the next class would find it difficult to do well against Horses which benefit by the Handicap.

Southern Summit lives to fite another race and was seen to tire at the closing stages.Bloodlines are not that impressive and hence difficult to assess its chances.

Distinctly ahead : got the feeling that the race was sewed up prior to race time as most of the Riders were contend playing second fiddle.The Horse is well bred and can do well in future but this RUN was not that impressive .With the Owner having coming down to bangalore , it was obvious that the expected Week end DOUBLE would go through sans some unexpected Mishap.

Abs Fabs : Late and belated effort.

Simple : at times the Jockey's caliber makes a difference.The Combination of Puttana / Sadasiva / Krishnan may have stuck GOLD with other Horses but this Horse needs some STRONG saddle support.One also noticed that last outing the Horse was kept in the front and today it came from way off the pace.

Nothing much to choose from considering the close verdict.Some of the runners were out handicapped and will be seen in a different light in the next outing.
In the Zone was a lost cause on account of the handicap as APPU is never the rider who can WIN giving so much weight.

Olivia Valere can make a impression only at distances beyond 1200.

Rebellious : Will be at the Podium shortly in Mysore.


Noble Prince : Noteworthy Winner.May have WON as the 2 main Contenders namely Bourbon King and Southern Empire were not participating.Can WIN again.

Alekona : good run considering the quality of opposition.However I would avoid a bet in races beyond a mile.

Diego Riveria : Will be off to a Winning Start in the Pune Season.

Talk of the Devil : Most consistent and under rated Horse in bangalore beating the likes of Sweeping Success , Diabolical etc was not entirely unexpected if one had seen the previous record of this Horse.Future Victory will depend on the race distance and the handicap.

Sweeping Success : Not at this center.There are too many classic horses here to fite for the top spot.


Star Presentation : had nothing to beat.So ????

Echoes of Light : did well to come into dividend list.Will strike as and when the Owner needs it to WIN.

Lucky Number Slevin : Good 4 th .Can do well when the race is open.
Queen Rania : forward run.Note over 1400.

Awesome Beauty : Season Quota fulfilled.
Act Smart : Not a genuine RUN.That is all that i can say.
Sun Zone : not a sprinter .having WON races over longer distances , how can it even be considered over a Sprint ??
Refresh : unextended 4 th.
Super Woman : Jockey was for the ODDS.Horse was never in contention though the bookies listed it as the favorite.
