Hi Folks,
Jet Fire and Dancing Highness should fight out the finish of the Hyderabad Silver Vase (1,600m), the feature event of the races to be held to-day. A pretty open affair is the view point here. Both are in forward condition and have been well tuned to the minute. Jet Fire was shaping like a winner when he took charge and just knuckled under pressure on the post to in-form Fleeting Arrow over 1400mts. Whereas Dancing Highness was given an educational run last time out when 8th till 400, 7th till 200, and finished unextended 4th to Tomsk over a distance of 1400mts. To-day extra 200mts will suit her the most and hence one must keep close watch in the betting ring as Mr. Nathani is known for last minute backing. In The T.B. Hanumantharaj Memorial Cup to be run over a distance of 1600mts I fancy Star Speed the most. It covered lot of ground finish 6th to Fleeting Arrows in the 2000 Guineas.
