HOW TO MAKE MONEY IN HORSE RACING
CHAPTER 1.
One simple question will prove whether you can make money betting on Horse Races.
Are you one of the many people trying to make money by betting on horse races? If so there is some thing you should know about making money by playing the races.
Handicapping horse races for PROFIT is a tough game but it can be profitable for the few people who keep plugging away at it until they figure out what they have to do and then have the discipline to do it.
Discipline is absolutely essential if you are going to win by picking winners but it isn’t the most essential ingriedient. There is one thing that you must know in order to make money betting on horses.
To find out what it is ask yourself this question. Am I looking for horses that are going to win or profitable bets?
That’s is the key to making a profit from your horse racing handicapping efforts. It isn’t about picking winners it is about picking winners at the right price. so that after making a serious of bets you have shown a profit. You must be able to do three things.
1.you have to able to handicap a horse race so that you know who the contenders are and what each horses chances of winning are.
2.You must be able to convert that into a number , the odds, so that you will know when a bet is good bet meaning it will be profitable and when it is over bet and there fore a lousy deal.
3.you must have the discipline to only bet when you know that the bet is a bargain and that if you continueosly make these kinds of bets you will make a profit.
The way you manage to do all that is with practice, the most consistant horse racing system have to have the basics and a handicapper must understand the basics. Without the basics the rest is not going to do any good.
You may pick number of winners at 30/100, 50/100 and 75/100 and 90/100 but you must pick a winner at a right price so you make a profit.
