AKSINYA for The H.B.Gundappa Gowda Mem. Trophy

Aksinya has been well prepared, is expected to score in the H.B. Gundappa Gowda Memorial Trophy (1,400m), the main event of the races to be held to-day. If not for the injury last time would not have been withdrawn. Immediately it has shown her class after two days in the morning track work. Prior to the starting of the Bangalore Season, this horse has been constantly tracking exceedingly well. Should according to me give a good account of run to-day. I strongly recommend all to play and not ignore it as all is well after the injury. In fact D. Byramji has a good chance to score a double with Kingdomofdreams. In The Kumararajah M.A.Muthiah Cup I consider Colonel Duff as a good each way bet compared to youngsters who have either run this class or running for the first time. It was ridden injudiciously last time by the famous M.Narredu when a piping hot favourite and was observ ed to have splayed his right hind shoe as per race reports.
