my choices for the day are as follows :
Race 3
Most of the racebooks and Web sites are rooting for Rohan's Glory , going by the track work and blood lines( Owned by Rohan Blood stock )Not sure if Names prove lucky but a youngster getting so much support on debut is not worth a bet at the odds.
Having said that I would go for the Horses which are ALSO tracking well and can be speedy enough to come into contention.Fire Queen and Focus merit a bet based on the Odds.
The Jockeys declared on other Horses would not mind showing the way to ROHAN's Glory for obvious reasons and are hence ignored.
Race 5
Pocket Rocket the well bred COLT is blazing the tracks and should easily account for this set provided the outside draw does not create traffic problems.
Raghuvansh is very well bred but coming from DRAW 1 is not going to be easy.Besides the Horse may find the distance a bit sharp as it is bred to stay.
War Craft again may need 1400 to prove his credentials.
QUAND MEME and Wings of Angels ,are the pick amongst the rest and should both fight for the Honors with Pocket Rocket.
Race 6.
Perfect setting for the Owner of ROCKEFELLER as none of the other Horses have any recent form to go by.
Almandine has taken the punters for a LONG RIDE and better ignored inspite of impressive track work.
Ishtar ; The Trainer's ;ast 3 Winners have tested positive for banned substances for which suspension is awaited.So this Horse chances are ruled out .
Fiddlers Ferry after running a class ONE CLASSIC race in bangalore has rightfully come back to his class and could have shined but for the absence of regular track work.
Morpheus the grey ageing Horse is in reality the dark horse in this race but Jockey AJ Nilesh has not even PLACED over the past 4 years which itself is a record.
Hence going by Pune race 42 , Notable Runner can Place by default.
Race 7.
Handicap or CLASS.Take the call and bet accordingly.
once a prestigious race ; now locating acceptances for this event is difficult.
Should Win : Calling the Shots , Pocket Rocket
Dark Horses : San Jose and Fire queen
Each way : Desert Blue , Quand Meme and Notable Runner.

CALLING THE SHOTS is running with "all four high heels".If it wins it should be the "rarest of the rare case"
However there are no hard and fast rules in racing.
