BTC vet - Is he a Bookies vet or Horse vet?

The experienced Mr. Fin Powrie had taken charge. In all probability and possibility RUNNING BULL should have been withdrawn especially after the agonizing traumatic experience faced by the gelding. In as much RUNNING BULL had trailed the field, the vet is fully responsible for permitting a jolted and disturbed gelding to race against all odds. The vet as a professional should be taken up severely for dereliction of duty. Will Mr. Fin Powrie act or will he succumb to pressure?
