Proud As a Peacock after winning in 00 to 30 on a start to finish mission in 63 was harshly penalized by the handicapper promoting him to 40 to 70 instead of 20 to 50.Prithiviraj brought him back to 20 to 50 after 3 runs in higher class.Prithiviraj is a gambler of sorts, who will serve his suspension for 3 months from 17th June 2008 and will be getting a chance only after 3 months by which time this season will wind up. Proud As a Peacock showed clean pair of heels with a mediocre jockey R.Ravi.I feel that Prithiviraj will not go without making some mullah and with I.A.Khan, he is expected to get a good price. MADAM RICH had also earned double promotion, which is now brought to her original class.
Abel , good selection and justification.The odds drifted from 3 to 1 to 7 to 1 and at one point of time place odds was 2 to 1.That sort of conveyed that Horse was negative so i did not bet.Last 5 minutes it was backed to 4 to 1.
Otherwise bad day inspite of having 3 bets on negative Jodis in race 2 5 and 7.
