Star Wave is being fancied but Blink has better credentials.
Mucho or Cassandra will fill the 3 rd spot.
2.Calming Influence / Paint me Red / Just Great.
Cart Wheel may not be able to WIN at this handicap.
Seems to be an open race as Leopardino also comes into contention.
3.Salsera / Able Associate / Suave / Valiant Bay.
Arkthourous and Valiant Bay JODI may be for the bookies.
4.Most open race of the day.
I would go with Sayonara / Ray of Sunshine / Kajuraho / Your Destiny.
I get the feeling that Telemacchus may fail to grace the board.
Sheza Star has not been considered as it is coming after a long layoff.
Jodi may fail.
** Hyderabad Cup and hence Ray may SHINE.
5.Swift Fire / Red Mustang / Soberano / Logans Run.
Scimitar needs a mile and above to prove its prowess.
6.No Wild Guesses.Lets stick to established and proven horses.
At the odds offered MOST of us would not even dream of a bet at 35 paisa.
That aside , i do fancy Star of Washington and Star Presentation for place and would have a bet based on the race time odds.
Would consider a small bet on KICKINGKING for place if the odds offered is 1000 to 1 for place.
Gentle Knight is expected to be the pace setter and if it stays on till the very end could give lucrative dividend.
7.Hidalgo / Power Punch / A run to Remember / Free Mason.
Could go any way.No choices as such.
8.Lava / Stone of Destiny / Guided Missile.
Western Command is negative bet if odds are reasonable.
9.Atlantus / Zaois / Splendid Power.
True Confidence may be in the odds for the bookies.
Usually top Jockeys whose Horses are in the fray in the Main event of the day take it easy in the initial races.So keep this in mind while placing bets.

Again being the derby day, where most owners try the horses, there are bound to be surprises...I hope the surprises quota was attained today.
Race. No 1. What r u saying. Don't look beyond Star Wave tomorrow. Anyone can bet their entire stakes on it. The only horse it has lost to is Set Alight and Autonomy. None of the donkeys are any way close to Star Wave.
Race No. 2 Cart Wheel is going to decimate the opposition.
Race No. 3 Sry to disappointed you SwamyBabu but Arktorous is unavoidable.
Race No. 4 Sheza Star is going to burst from the railings, and going to be the real star.
Race No. 5 Swift Fire is lay of the day.
Race No. 6 Set Alight will win, any doubts :)
Race No. 7 BennyTheBull will win for sure.

Besides I do not back Horses which are offer odds of 4 to 1 and below even if it is MY days best.
I do see that most of the Horses Tipped by you are likely to end up as Favorites.Beside Set Alight , I Hope to see at least 3- 7 of your tips Coming through.
