Unbeaten Captivating is in good form and should complete a hat-trick in the Governor’s Trophy (1,600m), the chief event of the races to be held here to-day. Captivating is reported to be working well and raring to go and though it won last time defeating Red Renegade just by 1.25ls, point to be noted is it won with something in reserve and if brought from behind I am sure the ultimate verdict will be much more. Captivating is penalised three kgs for her two fluent gained victories but according to me she is much superior to Red Renegade classwise as the later has just a benefit of an impressive run in his only career start earlier in the season, and has obviously benefited from that experience. In The Infants Plate Div. I, Star Assembly on account of good track work holds an edge over others viz. Virtuoso and Portobello. Chintz is running on debut and also morning track work seems to be average. In The S.Rangarajan Memorial Trophy a handicap for Indian horses rated 80 and above (Class I) I strongly fancy Mercurial who seems to be getting back to past form. Both Queen Rania and Mercurial have raced together in R.No.111 wherein though Queen Rania won impressively start to finish, Mercurial was seen finishing on impresively and to-day Mercurial is in receipt of 3.5kgs from Queen Rania after taking into account last run weight difference. I am confident if kept up to the pace Mercurial should score here and hence I strongly recommend an each way bet. My remaining speed ratings for the day are as follows:

Thanks for showing great concern about my health. Well I have not recovered yet but still the love for racing and sharing my views with my freinds allows me to forget about my sickness. I am suppose to take complete rest, still it is a sprained in the lower back which is causing me the pain. Hope you all enjoy it.
