Though everyone practically in India will be hailing Set Alight to win this Cup, I have some doubts about the champion filly. I may be wrong and why not in the interest of punters hope so. Now if one looks deep into the running of Dancing Dynamite, will notice that the horse with top weight has clocked better than Set Alight for the same distances in 1400mts as well as 1600mts. Only difference between the running of the two horse is that Set Alight has not been extended whereas Dancing Dynamite was all-out. Further Set Alight has still not been tested by both colts i.e. Autonomy and Dancing Dynamite. Dancing Dynamite came late on the scene to finish close 2nd to in-form Autonomy on both occasions. Has been seen improving with each run and tracking well. Over the present distance I feel Dancing Dynamite has a chance to prove that the champion filly can be beaten, and if so, well Indian Derby will be interesting to watch. According to me the handicapping rating will be - Dancing Dynamite - Class I-64, Set Alight Cl I-59.5 and the rest come in Class II. Please note these are my views and workings which compel me to say that the result might be an upset, after all it is racing wherein anything can happen. You say D.D and Set Alight are Class I horses and rest of the field are Class-II.
Then how you calculate - I surprise - your speed ratings. Set Alight and Palazzio's Sun both are closely matched as per (only 3 points different) your speed rating and you system thus shows Set Alight as a Class II animal also.
Nowadays Mumbai course is very fast. We have railbirds who visit often the courses who calculate speed rating on its previous run times (finish) which are available with race books. Just check the timing of Dancing Dynamite 94.15 and Set Alight 95.59 both are carrying same weight today. You have adopted this type of system which gives an advantage to Dancing Dynamite by 1.44 seconds and by any yardstick Dancing is better, right, this is your calculation.
Mr Jimmy, Autonomy and Set Alight fought as a 3 year old on debut and finished in a photo finish (fully extended, last year time 84.22 seconds). So much water has been flowen under the bridge since then both have improved beyond recognition. DANCING DYNAMITE could not beat AUTONOMY either over 1400m or 1600m. CHECK ATUONOMY's latest finishing time. THAT HORSE HAS IMPROVED BY 1 SECONDS THAN ITS MUMBAI RUN. SET ALIGHT did not extend in any of her wins so far, and showing only her asshole to her rivals in the straight. Should continue to do so till she leave Indian shore

Firstly it will be appreciated if you can just mention your name against being anonymous. Secondly I have failed to mention about Palazzio's Sun whose rating is Cl I-58 and the rest are naturally belonging to Class II. Also my workings are different from what regular books give and please note these assumptions are according to my workings only and I stick by it. I will not mention anything wrong. The facts of the last two runs are visible now whether Set Alight will be showing only her asshole to her rivals is not my concern. Let her win. Good luck to you as I have mentioned my views which is according to my workings.
