Fleeting Arrow for The Chief Justice's Cup(Grade III)

HI Folks,

The Chief Justice's Cup looks to me an open race wherein Splendid Surprise, Diego Rivera and Fleeting Arrow come in close contention. Though Fleeting Arrow is short of run do not neglect it. When it last raced in Mumbai it was seen improving from last position and finished an impressive 4th. Diego Rivera and Splendid Surprise will be travelling 200m extra and though Diego Rivera had beaten Splendid Surprise by over three lengths, on that occasion Splendid Surprise was conceding two Kilos to the winner. Today the two of them meet at level weights and one is likely to witness an exciting finish in the Chief Justice’s Cup (1,800m), the main event of the races to be held to-day. Fleeting Arrow if it produces the Mumbai form wherein it clocked better than Diego Rivera for a mile race, can score. In the M.Ali Asker Memorial Trophy Bee Quick though running after a long lay off has a reasonably good chance to score here. My rest of the speed rating for the day are as follows:

We cannot be winners everyday. It is important that we have a budget and play exactly as per a plan so that even during periods when the "LADY LUCK" deserts us, we still do not end up loosing a lot of money."LADY LUCK" does favour everybody at some point of time and we make returns at that time.
