RAPISTS PERVERTED BASTARDS

I dont know whether these criminals can even be called bastards.

At an age where the child needs to be pampered, nurtured & cared what sort of people can indulge in such crimes?

These people cannot be called Human Beings and when they are not Humans there is no question of Human Rights for such beasts.

I feel that a law needs to be enacted where such people who rape less than 10 year little girls are handed over to the village/town/city and are fried in Boiling OIL so that no one else dares to indulge in such crimes.

It saddens me that we live in this country along with such perverts
