SET ALIGHT unbeaten in all her runs, should easily annex The Gitanjali Indian 1000Guineas(Grade I)

Well highly competitive fields today with all Trophy races both Pesi Shroff and Narendra Lagad dominating the day's proceedings. Its a credit that inspite of best fillies participating in the guineas, odds on champion filly opened 25/100. It speaks highly of the reputation it holds after being unbeaten in her career. Barring untoward incident I do not forsee her defeat. Still in racing anything can happen. In her last run Set Alight was kept handy till 600 then took charge and won with plenty in hand. According to me Set Alight presently enjoys 5kg advantage in scale over Icebreaker and 4.5kgs over Originality. Icebreaker is no mean horse. It comes to Western India with smashing wins in Oaks as well in Bangalore Derby. In speed ratings it is not much of a difference with Icebreaker showing signs of improvement after each run. Originality should place ahead of Attractress. In Tirol Million I strongly fancy Forest Flair. Last time out was 2nd till 600 and gained momentum after 400mts to win very smoothly, in comparisson Versaki gained victory after fighting every inch bravely till victory. Inspite of good morning trials I feel Forest Flair is much better. In The Bjets Maharaja Jiwajirao Scindia Trophy (Grade III) Diego Rivera should sail away easily as most of the runners have been beaten in RNo. 43 except for stablemate Cotswold Arms. Only Pesi shroff runner which I doubt her winning chances is Kiara. Though tracking exceedingly well, still one major factor which may go against her is that it is racing after September which is too big a gap. My rest of the ratings for the day are as follows:
